This guy was standing a bit close to the edge, but I didn't think it was my place to tell him (or her) to step behind the yellow line. The last time I took a picture of this platform, a pigeon was patrolling this same spot.

Entering the lobby from 57th

This was my first time in the Parker Meridian. Don't know what the rooms are like but the lobby is pretty cool... especially if you like mirrors. Aside from the narcissist friendly walkway, the hotel is also home to The Burger Joint, which is probably the most carefully dressed hole-in-the-wall joint I've been to. It's truely the definition of ghetto-chic.
